Banana Nut Bread III
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
Mix in the order listed, except the baking soda. Add the soda to the buttermilk. Bake in a loaf pan for about 1 hour. The center should be a little moist when checked with a toothpick.
