Jalapeno Bread
- 2 loaves (1 lb each) frozen bread dough thawed
- One 8-3/4 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- One 3-1/2 oz jar whole jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 tbs taco seasoning mix
- One 2 oz jar sliced or diced pimentos, drained
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
Cut bread dough in 1 inch pieces. Place ingredients in large bowl, toss well. Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack. Serve warm.
