Fresh Salsa
- 6-8 fresh Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 large white onion, diced
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 fresh serrano peppers, diced
- 2 fresh avocados, finely chopped
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Mix all ingredients and top with the fresh lime juice. Chill in the refrigerator 4 to 12 hours to blend flavors. Serve with lots of Tostitos, or with tacos or other Mexican dishes.
