Chantilly Cream
- 2 half pints whipping cream
- 1 tbs Kahlua
- 1 tbs Grand Marnier
- 1 tbs powdered sugar
- 1 tbs sour cream
- Zest of 1 orange
Whip cream at large speed in electric mixer. When peaches are stiff enough, add remaining ingredients and whip for 10 seconds - just enough to blend. Chill. Serve with peach tart.
