Chicken Marinade
- 1 cup Poultry Sauce
- 1 cup Madeira Wine
- 1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup onion tops
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup water
- Seasoned chicken
- 2 tbs each basil and tarragon
Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken for 3-4 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, lift out of marinade and bake or grill chicken.
