Oriental Peanut Sauce
- One 8 oz container soft cream cheese
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbs cold water
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Mix together all ingredients until well blended. Serve at room temperature with fried wonton skins, egg rolls or Chinese cabbage leaves.
