Shrimp Marinade
- 5 lb cooked shrimp
- 10 white onions
- 1 qt. olive oil
- One large bottle Capers with juice
- 1-1/2 cup good cider vinegar
- Salt, sugar, Tabasco, Worcestershire
Layer shrimp and onions in flat pan and pour marinade over and let stand for 12 hours. Keeps for one week.
