Barbecued Fish II
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 onion sliced
- 3 potatoes boiled and cubed
- 1 can carrots, drained
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 lb fillet fish
- Seasoning to taste
Layer fish, potatoes, carrots, onions, top with butter, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce. Cover with foil and cook on barbecue pit for about 30 minutes.
